In this song, the Police arrests the innocent common man
on street, and is produced in front of the higher authority,
and he is released as he is a relative of another higher authority.
which seems to be a influence, or proof of identity.
The innocent Common man was simply arrested,
as he had no identity, which was not a serious crime.
It is Corruption when the Power is used to Generate Revenue.
When the Power is used to extract money from the Common man.
When the innocent Common Man has done no mistake.
It also means to say that they would release the common man,
only after providing influence and Bribe.
Power must be used to provide Justice.
Power must not be used to arrest the innocent.
And a Criminal must not be released with influence and Bribe.
Everyone is Equal in front of Law.
Another Example of Misusing Power,
is when they Provide the Army with Liquor and Tobacco,
at subsidized cheaper rates.
The Army Power can get corrupt by consumption of Alcohol.
Due to Loss of Mental Reasoning and Moral values.
Instead the Army must be restrained form Liquor and Tobacco.
Inquiry and Manipulation in the name of Security.
The Weaker is often a Victim of the Powerful Authority.
Innocent is Arrested and Verified by the Authority.
Seems to be the Truth of Life.
The weaker seems to be a false victim.

His Goal Destination is right in Front of him.
But his Legs are Tied.
The Corrupt Rich keeps Troubling the poor.

Listen, but do Not Tell Anyone.
Never Survive a Stream with a Straw.
Do not give advise for Free.
Do not shout at Mid-Night.
If so, you will be Caught by the Police.
